Our aim is to operate an open, European, online-based financial ecosystem based on SaaS, which uses online banking as a platform to offer the account holder situationally and need-based insurance and services, leveraging AI-based data analytics.
Retail banks face severe market challenges including unfavorable cost structures, attacks from neo-banks, low profitability and diminishing customer touchpoints. They struggle to improve and extend long-term value to their customers. A lack of relevant data insights and inflexible systems leaves them unable to make viable product and service recommendations. On the other hand, banks have an enormous hidden asset: millions of existing customers with a great deal of trust in their bank. And they leave comprehensive and fact-based lifestyle traces (for free) through their daily account and credit card transactions.
We empower banks to successfully market contextual products to their customers right in time with our modular, white-label API-based SaaS solution, effortless to be integrated into their IT framework. With this solution, banks identify in every account at least one trigger per month to which they can provide a protection offer exactly matching the various life events of their customers. Depending on the size of the bank, we will reach several 100k customers with on average a product price of 160 EUR per year, summing up to two-digit million turn over after 2 years time.
