We are developing a platform for truck drivers to find parking spaces next to the highway to combat the problem of parking shortages in Europe and provide them with a useful tool for their daily work life.

What problem do you solve?

Germany lacks about 30.000 parking spaces for truck drivers every day. Truck parking spaces along the highway are overcrowded and the construction of new rest areas from the government takes too long. As a result, drivers have to park illegally, overstay their driving times and endanger themselves and other road users. Due to the poor parking situation, working conditions on the road are worse and the everyday life of truck drivers is made much more difficult.

What's your digital solution?

With our platform we want to connect and simplify the everyday life of truck drivers. Truck drivers can use aparkado to find, book and rate parking spaces. Additionally, we provide alternative parking to combat the parking problem. In addition, further services and discounts from parking lot operators are made available to drivers on our platform.
