What problem do you solve?

Numbers of online deliveries are increasing every year. The results in cities are rising greenhouse gas emissions, increased traffic, and more unreliable deliveries. At the same time, large carriers are creating a highly competitive market that runs on underpaid delivery workers and doesn’t allow for a healthy competition of new entrants. The effect that everyone who orders online from time to time is unreliability, parcels that are left with neighbors or parcel shops miles away with long lines.

What's your digital solution?

Our solution is a technology platform that connects retailers, carriers, and consumers with different tools. That way we can incorporate micro-hubs that allow for bundled deliveries of several packages, emission-free deliveries in cities utilizing cargo bikes, and fair working conditions and compensation for delivery drivers. In practice, online orders can be fulfilled in-store and delivered short-distance directly to the consumer on that same day.

Deliveries are convenient and aren’t going anywhere. Instead of introducing just another delivery service, we use technology to bring all stakeholders involved in a delivery together – retailers, carriers, and consumers. That allows us to bundle deliveries and utilize existing urban infrastructure to reduce the carbon footprint of all future deliveries, all while creating an ethical and social work environment for those working in a critical role within our society.
